How to kill rats and engage a community’, developed by Dan Henry at Predator Free Miramar, is an essential resource for anyone who is interested in starting up their own community trapping group.
Despite the title, this is not an instruction manual on how another group should proceed; what makes these projects so great is that there’s no one way of doing it.
This is simply, to the best of Dan’s recollection, the story of what they did at Predator Free Miramar, recorded here in the hope that it might provide some help for other trapping groups starting out. Because we’re all aiming for the same thing, and to quote Bruce Springsteen, nobody wins, unless everybody wins.
We hope you find this guide valuable, we’re extremely proud of what Dan and the Miramar community has achieved. Please enjoy and share with fellow trappers and friends.
